File Requirements
- Vector format only (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF)
- Simple line-art or single-color designs work best — engraving etches through the top layer to reveal the color underneath, so fine shading or full-color artwork won't translate
- Upload your file at checkout
- Leave any special instructions (color, shape, etc.) in the notes section

Size Maximum dimensions with cut line: 3.5" wide x 2.5" tall — whichever dimension meets the max. If your image is uploaded without a border, a die cut with blank edge will follow the shape of your design.
Backing All patches are engraved on Lonestar adhesive products and designed to adhere to hats using a hat press.

Processing Time Please allow 5-7 business days (not including weekends) for production, not including shipping time. We strive for 1-3 however, if needing a large quantity, we may not have all the material in stock. Please reach out if you have any questions about TAT.

Press Settings: For a Dual Heated Platen Press: 280° on top and 320° on bottom for 40 seconds. For a Single Heated Platen Press: We suggest starting @ 300 degrees and 40–50 seconds.
