We primarily use high-quality faux leather patches in a variety of finishes. Faux leather
engraves beautifully, is extremely durable, and holds detail very well.

We take pride in our work and want every order to be right.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include a photo of the item received. We will gladly correct the issue.

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we will absolutely work with you to make it right.

We offer exchanges on non-custom hats only.
If a hat doesn’t fit or the recipient would prefer a different style, we can help with an exchange within 10 days of delivery, as long as the hat is unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping for the replacement item.
Custom hats are not eligible for exchange.

Yes. All of our hats are shipped in protective boxes to prevent crushing, so they arrive ready to wear or gift.
