Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges on non-custom hats.
If a hat does not fit or the recipient would prefer a different style, we are happy to assist with an
exchange under the following conditions:
• You must contact us within 10 days of delivery
• The hat must be unused and in original condition
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping for the
replacement hat
Once the original hat has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
If the replacement item has a different price, we will coordinate any price adjustments before
shipping.
Because all custom and personalized items are made specifically for each order, custom hats are
not eligible for exchange.
