Return Policy
Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of
mind, incorrect selections, or ordering mistakes.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item received
• A brief description of the issue
Once the issue is reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or correct the mistake as quickly as
possible.
Items must be unused and in original condition in order to qualify for a replacement.
Due to the custom nature of our products, requests made outside of the 5-day window may not
be eligible for replacement.
We take pride in our work and want every customer to receive exactly what they ordered.
