Shipping Policy

At BubbleHead Ink, every item is made and packed with care in our home studio.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Bulk orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on material availability and order size.
Most hat blanks arrive within a few days, but certain styles may require additional time to
source. Processing time begins once all materials needed for your order are available.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using USPS and UPS, depending on the best available service for your
location.
Shipping Time Estimates
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Please note that shipping timelines are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.
Packaging
Our hats are shipped in protective bags inside boxes to prevent crushing, so they arrive ready
to gift and ready to wear.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package
is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your
package appears lost or delayed, we will gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.
