- 300 DPI minimum required

Size
Maximum dimensions with cut line: 3.5" wide x 2.5" tall — whichever dimension meets the max. If your image is uploaded without a border, a die cut with blank edge will follow the shape of your design.
Material
By default, patches are printed on bright white leatherette. If a different color or material is needed, please note it in the order comments.
Backing
All patches are backed with Lonestar adhesive and designed to adhere to hats using a hat press.

Press Settings:
For a Dual Heated Platen Press: 280 on top and 320 on bottom for 40 seconds.
For a Single Heated Platen Press: We suggest starting @ 300 degrees and 40-50 seconds.
